Verry Berry Parfait

Layers of creamy, tangy yogurt paired with sweet berries and delicious, Maine Crisp crackers? Yes, please! We love to pair our crisps with all of the delicious produce that summer has to offer and berries are everywhere right now. This parfait recipe checks all the boxes for us: simple, wholesome, and absolutely delicious. We prefer to use the maple cinnamon crisps, because the flavor profile compliments the yogurt so well. Indulge yourself at breakfast, mid day, or have it as a wholesome dessert. This parfait is also a wonderful treat to serve at parties and get togethers. After all, who doesn’t love parfait?

1/2 cup of your favorite berries
Greek Yogurt
10ish Cinnamon Maple Crisps
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)




Wash berries. If using strawberries, I cut mine in quarters.
Lay berries out to dry on a towel or napkin so they don't water down the parfait.


Crush up crisps either using a food processor, crumbling in your hands, or with a knife.


Then construct the yogurt bowl, on the bottom I add half of my crisps then yogurt and berries on top with more crisps.


For yogurt I would recommend a greek yogurt. If non-dairy, I would recommend using coconut - I like the brands So Delicious and Cocojune. Drizzle sweetener as desired such as honey or maple syrup.
