I made this parfait because I love the textural element of having layers of crunch from crisps and the sour taste of yogurt with the sweetness of the berries.
This parfait is perfect!! It could be a snack, breakfast, or light dessert. Layered with berries, crisps, and creamy yogurt with probiotics. I love the layers of yogurt, fruit, and crunchy crisps evenly distributed for optimal crunch. You can use dairy-free yogurt if that suits you.

1/2 cup of your favorite berries
10ish Cinnamon Maple Crisps
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Wash berries. If using strawberries, I cut mine in quarters.
Lay berries out to dry on a towel or napkin so they don't water down the parfait.
Crush up crisps either using a food processor, crumbling in your hands, or with a knife.
Then construct the yogurt bowl, on the bottom I add half of my crisps then yogurt and berries on top with more crisps.
