I love buckwheat and these crackers are no exception. The flavors are lively, the crackers are nicely crispy, and best of all -- they fit into my no-gluten needs! Any time any of the flavors/varieties are served on my cheese plates, everyone comments how lovely they are :)
These are so yummy! It is so hard to find a cracker that is gluten free, clean ingredients, and not made from a nut or seed flour. These are all that AND super delicious! Mild enough to be great on a cheese tray and also meet the need for a salty crunch. Super yum.
The Sea Salt variety of the Better with Buckwheat Crackers are a near-perfect snacking cracker. They're a substancial bite, with a somewhat thickish crisp and a delightful nutty flavor. The wholesome ingredient list adds to the satisfaction. My only gripe is the salt - they're just on the edge of going overboard with the salt shaker. They do not go well with most cheeses as a result. I'd love to see a variety with less salt.
